Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CVWizard AI (“the Service”), operated by STO.ec (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

CVWizard AI is a free, browser-based resume builder powered by artificial intelligence. It helps users generate, edit, preview, and export resumes with no account or payment required.

2. Eligibility

By using this Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. User Content

All information you enter into the resume builder (such as names, experience, or skills) remains your property. We do not claim ownership over this content. However, we may store and process this information to provide services like resume generation, export, and sharing.

4. Data Storage and Encryption

Resume data is stored in your browser (localStorage) and, optionally, encrypted and saved to a secure database hosted on servers located in the United States. Encryption is handled using industry-standard methods. Only you have access to your resume ID.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

6. Third-Party Tools

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data to improve our product. No personal data is shared with third parties, and we do not use cookies or trackers beyond what is required by Google Analytics.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or results from using this tool. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or issues resulting from the use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time, without notice. We are not liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador and Argentina. By using the Service, you agree that any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Ecuador or Argentina.
