- Encrypted storage identifiers (only if you choose to save your resume to our servers).

2. How We Use Your Data
We only use your data to enable core functionality within the app. This includes:
- Storing and retrieving your resume securely.
- Improving resume content using AI suggestions (only upon your request).
- Providing the ability to share your resume via a unique link.
3. Local and Encrypted Storage
By default, your resume is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. If you choose to save your resume online, it is encrypted on your device before being sent and stored in a secure cloud database hosted in the United States.
We do not store your plain resume data on our servers — only the encrypted content is saved. This encryption ensures your information is inaccessible without your decryption key, which is managed by the app locally.
4. Cookies and Analytics
CVWizard AI uses Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our application. This helps us improve functionality, optimize performance, and better serve our users. Google Analytics may use cookies to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, session duration, device type, and browser information.
No personally identifiable information is collected or shared through Google Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting trackers, or other third-party analytics services.

- Withdraw consent for data processing.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Encryption is used for all resume content stored on our servers. However, we remind you that no system is completely secure, and we recommend you do not input sensitive personal or financial information into your resume.
9. International Data Storage
While STO.ec operates under Ecuadorian and Argentinian law, our servers are hosted in the United States. By using our service, you consent to your encrypted data being stored in the U.S.
